SAVE IN THE NUMBER BOOK, CANCELLING A NUMBER OF THE LIST
1. With handset in stanbdby, press the button
MENU

to scroll the list.
4. Press the button
and select between:
a.
“Save”:
1) press the button
, the display shows “
Enter name
”: dial the name you want
to associate to the telephone number;

rm. You will hear a con

rmation beep, and the display returns
to stand-by.
b.
“Delete”:
1) press the button
, the display shows “
Delete
”.
2) press again the button

rm. You will hear a con
fi
rmation beep, and
the display shows a number of the list. Press the button
to return to stand-by.
c.
“Deletel
all”:
1) press the button
, the display shows “
Delete all ?
”;
2) press again the button

rm. You will hear a con
fi
rmation beep and the
display returns to stand-by.
NOTE:
If there is no number in the list, the display shows “
No Number
”.
7.3 CORDLESS: ADJUSTMENTS
7.3.1 CUSTOMISATION OF CORDLESS NAME
1. Press

and then use the buttons

to scroll the list, up to select “

2. Press twice the button

”; dial the name and then press

rm, the handset returns to stand-by.
7.3.2 OPERATOR’S CODE
This function allows you to program up to 3 codes of telephone companies, so that you can
pre-set them to the telephone number quickly, any time you want.
PROGRAMMING THE CODES AND THE COMPANY NAMES
1. Press
MENU
and then use the buttons
CH+
and
CH-
to scroll the list, up to select “
3. HS
Setting
”.
2. Press the button
, and scroll the menu up to select “
Callbycall
”, press
to con
fi
rm
the choice.
3. Select “
1. Number 1
” and press
if you want to adjust the
fi
rst code, or select one of
the 2 other positions using the button

, before pressing

4. The display shows “
Enter number
”.
5. Dial the code of the telephone company (max 12
fi
gures) and press
to con
fi
rm, the
display shows “
Enter number
”.
6. Insert the name of the telephone company and press
; the code shall be stored.
7. The display returns to the cordless menu, press the button
to return to stand-by.
USE OF THE FUNCTION
If you want to make a call using one of the company codes previously programmed:
1. In stand-by press the button
, and scroll the list to choose the name of the telephone
company and, when it is selected, press again
;
2. Dial the telephone number, and press the button
, the call will be made using the
company selected by you.
7.3.3 ACCESS CODE TO CALL THE NUMBER OF THE “CALLS RECEIVED” LIST (operation under
switchboard)
If your cordless is connected to a PABX switchboard and if this latter is
fi
tted for the caller’s
identi
fi
cation service, in order to recall the number from the list of calls received, you must
adjust the access code of the switchboard.
NB:
The cordless stores the numbers of calls received only if the caller’s identi
fi
cation service is
activated at your telephone company.
