7.9 Profile Support Settings

Upper Body Adjustment Bolt

The profile supports can be take out and remounted again via supporting nuts. The upper body adjustment
bolt is loosened and the upper body is made to move forward and back. Once the upper body is taken to the
proper position, the upper body adjustment bolt is tightened and fixed.
7.10 Exemplary Operation Procedure
Blending the explanations so far, an ordinary run can be summarized as follows:
1. Turn on the main switch.

2. Adjust the cutting angle. (7.3 Angle Setting - P: 28)
3. Place the profile on the machine. (7.4 Profile Loading - P: 28)
4. Run the saw by pressing the button no. “3” from control panel. (7.2 Control Panel - P: 27)
5. When the presses are in proper position, the top presses are enabled via the button no. “6” from the
control panel and the profile is fixed. If the front presses are also to be used, the button no.”8” is used.

6. If the aluminum profile will be cut, adjust the saw output speed and coolant is opened.

7. Press the buttons no. “1” and “9” together from control panel to lift the saw. Saw stays lifted as long as
the buttons are held down, and the saw returns when the buttons are released. (7.2 Control Panel - P: 27)
8. If no new cutting operation will be performed, press the button no. “2” from control panel to stop the saw.

9. Press the button no. “5” from the control panel to open the top presses (in case the front presses were
used, also press the button no. “7”) to take the profile out. (7.2 Control Panel - P: 27)
