to Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the
Communique on Principles of Applying Warranty
Deed.
GENERAL METTERS EXCEPT WARRANTY
•
Breakdowns, problems and damages occurring
within matters and these items determined below
will be non-warranty.
•
If the Warranty Label is falsified or removed
• Damages and breakdowns occurring because the
device is used contrary to matters in the Warranty
Deed and out of purpose,
• Damages and breakdowns originating from
incorrect type selection,
• If the device is not installed with equipment
appropriately as shown in the installation image
of the manual,
• If the device is used in too humid or watery
environment,
• Damages and breakdowns originating from low
or high voltage, using groundless socket, faulty
electric wiring.
• Damages and breakdowns originating from
maintenance and repairs done except services
approved by the BRM ELECTRONIC,
• Damages and breakdowns originating from
transportation, landing, loading, storing, external
physical (crashing, collapsing, breaking) and
chemical factors,
• Damages and breakdowns originating from
environmental
factors
(earthquake,
fire,
flood, strong wind, stroke of lighting, humid,
moisture, dust and frost). ALL THE ELEVATORS
ARE CONTROLLED THROUGH THE BRM CLOUD.
The devices determined to be used in different
elevators of the BRM Electronic has no information
shall be out of warranty.
