3. Filter Head Assembly Instruc�ons
1.
Using the Thread Seal Tape
(k)
wrap the male thread located on the inlet and outlet sides of the Filter Head Assembly
(c)
with 3-4 revolu�ons of tape.
2.
Attach the first 3/8” Female Fitting to 3/8” Quick Connect Fitting
(c.i.)
to inlet side of the Filter Head Assembly
(c)
with your hand un�l
�ght and then complete the last half turn with a shi�er.
NOTE:
Do not over�ghten. This may cause fittings to snap.
3.
Attach the second 3/8” Female Fitting to 3/8” Quick Connect Fitting
(c.iii.)
to the outlet side of the Filter Head Assembly
(c)
with your
hand un�l �ght and then complete the last half with a shi�er.
NOTE:
Do not over�ghten. This may cause fittings to snap.
4.
Insert the first 3/8” Stem Fitting to 1/4” Quick-Connect Fitting
(c.ii.)
in to the first 3/8” Female Fitting to 3/8” Quick Connect Fitting
(c.i.)

Insert the second 3/8” Stem Fitting to 1/4” Quick-Connect Fitting
(c.iv.)
in to the second 3/8” Female Fitting to 3/8” Quick Connect
