4. Fasten a Hairpin Cotter (

As illustrated, push the tine shaft (

5. Now add a square bearing (

) to the Tine Shaft.

3. Install the two end panels (

) on each
end of the tray (

) using:

x6 5/16” x 3/4” Round Head Screws (

- x6 5/16” Flat Washers (

)
- x6 5/16” Lock Washers (

)
- x6 5/16” Hex Nuts (

)
NOTE: Leave nuts loose in this step so that
the End Panels (1) can be adjusted later.
