Step 8

To install the tank support bracket
to the right rear and front legs,
insert tabs into slots in the legs 
as illustrated.

Step 9

To install the wheels and tank
support bracket, insert wheel axle
bolts through wheels, right rear
and front cart legs and tank
support bracket as illustrated.
Insert cotter pins to secure.

Note: Orient wheels with flat side

facing legs.

Note: With the help of a friend,

turn the cart to its upright
position.
