Choose a good, cleared assembly 

area and get a friend to help you 

put your grill together . Lay  

card board down to protect grill 

finish and assembly area .

Step 1

 

Attach cart base to side panels . 

Insert four M6 X 10 mm bolts 

through cart base and into legs 

and tighten securely . Be sure the 

door hinge holes face forward . 

Step 2

 

Attach back panel to left and right 

leg of cart assembly using six  

M6 X 10 mm bolts .

Step 3

 

Attach the tank block bar to the 

bottom cart base and the back 

panel using two M6 X 10 mm 

bolts .
