All Brink products are developed and
produced to the highest quality
standards.
This warranty covers the provision of
parts needing replacement (excluding
filters) relating to the Brink HRV unit
itself. The warranty does not include
the labour costs of fitting any
replacements or any consequential
loss. Routine maintenance is not
covered by the warranty.
The warranty is not valid in the
following cases:
• The unit has not been fitted in
accordance with our installation
instructions.
• Installation of parts, components,
accessories not recommended by
Brink
• Defective handling
• Lack of or poor maintenance
• Use in a polluted or corrosive
atmosphere
Warranty on parts is 2 years
(excluding filters and heat exchanger).
Warranty on the heat exchanger is
5 years. The filters are consumables on
which there is no warranty.
Replacement filters can be purchased
from your installer or from CVC Direct.
Register within 1 month
You will need to send us the serial
number of your machine (situated on
the top of the HRV unit) and your full
address.
Registration must occur within 1
month of installation of the HRV unit
and can be done by email:

or by returning the coupon below to
CVC Direct Ltd.
If you do not register, the date of
production will be the default start
date for the warranty period.
