Note:   Apply ample amount of grease to welded clamp plates internal threads throughout the 

frame before assembling hose clamps.

Install 

Bulkhead Bracket

 to frame plate with two 3/8-16 x 1-1/4 HHCS and 3/8-16 Lock Nut.

Remove 

Bulkhead Tee Fitting

 jam nut and slide that end through the Bracket.  Orient the fitting

so that the branch portion faces towards the right of the machine and secure in place with jam nut.

Turn 

Elbow Adapter

 o-ring end into hydraulic cylinder ports per 

Tightening Procedure for

Swivel O-Ring Fittings

 indicated on Hydraulic Schematic for Machine Raising.

As you assemble Hose Assemblies to fittings leave hose ends loose enough on fittings so that

they can pivot as the hose is being securely clamped to the frame.

  Starting with the bottom 

Bulkhead Tee Fitting, connect 

Hose Assembly 1P285

 to fitting's rearward end and the other end 

of the hose to the LH Cylinder Rod Elbow Fitting.  Connect 

Hose Assembly 1P286

 to Bulkhead 

Tee's right side end and the other end of the hose to the RH Cylinder Rod Elbow Fitting. Next 

Bulkhead Tee connect 

Hose Assembly 1P236

 to fitting's rearward end and the other end of the 

hose to the LH Cylinder Base Elbow Fitting.  Connect 

Hose Assembly 1P237

 to Bulkhead Tee's 

right side end and the other end of the hose to the RH Cylinder Base Elbow Fitting.

Secure Hoses to the frame with Hose Clamps.
