This section covers proper assembly of your implement. The reference numbers on the

following pages give you an indication of assembly order. Refer to the parts catalog for

complete part breakdowns and proper location of any parts not shown in the following

illustrations.

NOTE: The machine shown in the following illustrations is Model LCS530-4

. Your machine may

vary slightly in appearance. Additional parts identification and location can be obtained by reviewing

parts catalog.

IMPORTANT:

* If pre-assembled parts or fasteners are temporarily removed, remember where they go. It is

best to keep parts separated.

* Check that all working parts move freely, bolts are tight and cotter pins are spread.

* Refer to Fasteners in Maintenance Section for proper bolt torque values.

Note the different torque requirement for bolts with lock nuts.

DO NOT WORK UNDER MACHINE UNLESS IT IS BLOCK UP SECURELY!
