Troubleshooting
Before calling InGenuity™…
We are always happy to take your call; however, if you have a question about the
operation of your InGenuity™ product, these simple solutions may answer your
question quickly and easily:

Assembly
Swing does not
function (swinging,
music, LEDs) Electrical cables may not
be properly
connected Separate the center sway module and
seat top control module. Check for a
loose electrical connection.
Shoulder straps do
not fi t over baby or
are too tight Shoulder strap height
setting is too low Route the shoulder straps through the
next higher pair of slots in the seat pad
(see Step 2 on page 17)
Seat tilts slightly
toward frame Note: this condition is normal and does not affect performance
or safety. This product comfortably supports infants up to 25 lbs.
As baby’s weight increases, the seat will appear more level when
occupied.
Swing Operation
Seat does not swing
Did not perform all steps
required to start swinging

3 Gently push the seat to start
