Assembly

 WARNING

Disengage the electric clutch (PTO). Shut off the engine, 

remove the key, and wait for all moving parts to stop 

before attaching, adjusting, or disconnecting any part of 

the collection system.

Install the Upright Support Assembly                              

 1.  Install the speed nuts (

A

, Figure 1) into the square 

holes (

a

) of the rear frame support. The threaded side of 

speed nut is installed on the inside of the frame support.

 2.  Install the shoulder bolts (

) into the speed nuts.

 3.  Put the upright support assembly (

, Figure 2) onto the 

shoulder bolts.

Install the Baffles

For 46” Mower Decks

 1.  Put the deflector (

, Figure 3) in the vertical position.

 2.  Put the baffle (

) into the discharge opening. Attach the 

left side of the baffle with a carriage bolt (

), spacer (

and a whiz lock nut (

).

 3.  Attach the right side of the baffle with a carriage bolt (

Figure 4) and a whiz lock nut (

). Make sure the blade 

does not come in contact with the baffle.
