2.2 - Uso previsto
La Macchina è concepita e costruita per eseguire giunzioni di cornici di legno e
plastica.
E’ prevista unicamente per il funzionamento manuale (cioè sotto il controllo diretto
dell’Operatore).
2.3 - Utilizzi non consentiti:
La macchina non deve essere utilizzata:
- Per utilizzi diversi da quelli esposti al 2.2
- In atmosfera esplosiva, aggressiva o ad alta concentrazione di polveri o sostanze
oleose in sospensione nell’aria
- In atmosfera a rischio d’incendio
- Esposta alle intemperie
- Con mezzi meccanici che escludano il funzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza
- Per la lavorazione di materiali non idonei alle caratteristiche della Macchina
Le macchine sono destinate ad un uso professionale e l’operatore
preposto deve avere l’idoneità comprovata ad essere in grado di
leggere e comprendere quanto riportato in questo manuale.
L’operatore inoltre, dovrà utilizzare le macchine tenendo presente le
norme vigenti in materia di prevenzione infortuni, condizioni di
utilizzo e caratteristiche delle macchine stesse.
2.4 - Durata
La durata prevista della macchina in condizioni di uso normale e regolare manuten-
zione è da ritenersi di almeno 10 anni.
2.5 - Stoccaggio
In caso di lunga inattività, la macchina deve essere così trattata:
- Immagazzinare la macchina in luogo chiuso
- Ingrassare le parti non verniciate e le colonne
- Imballare e coprire la macchina per proteggerla da urti, umidità e sbalzi termici.
- Evitare che la macchina venga a contatto con sostanze corrosive.
2.6 - Demolizione
All’atto dello smaltimento è necessario separare le seguenti parti: parti plastiche,
parti metalliche e parti elettriche. Il materiale plastico e le parti elettriche dovranno
essere raccolte differenzialmente ed inviate negli appositi centri di raccolta nel ri-
spetto della Normativa Vigente. Per quanto riguarda le parti metalliche è sufficiente
la divisione delle stesse in parti acciaiose o in altri metalli o leghe, quindi indirizzarle
nei centri di raccolta.
2.2 - Scheduled use
The machine is designed and constructed to execute junctions of wooden or plastic
frames.
The machine is projected for manual use only (Under the direct control of the operator).
2.3 - Not permitted uses:
The machine has not to be used:
- For uses different from those listed in 2.2. paragraph
- In explosive or aggressive atmosphere, at high density of dust or oily substances
suspended in the air
- In flammable atmosphere
- Outside in all weather severity
- With safety systems by passed
- For working materials not suitable with machine characteristics
The machines are designed for professional use. The operator has
to be qualified to read and understand what is written in this handbook.
Furthermore, the operator must use the machine according to the
current rules regarding the prevention of accidents, conditions of
use and characteristics of the machines themselves.
2.4 - Service Life of the machine
The estimated service life of the machine in normal operating conditions and
undergoing routine maintenance is at least 10 years.
2.5 - Storage
If the machine is supposed not to be used for a long time follow hereunder
instructions:
- Store it in a closed place
- Grease columns and parts without paints
- Pack and cover the machine in order to protect it from collisions - humidity and wide
changes of temperature.
- Avoid that the machine gets in touch with corrosive materials.
2.6 - Dismantling
At the moment of dismantling it is necessary to separate the following parts: plastic
parts, metal parts and electric parts. The plastic material and the electric parts must
be collected separately and sent to the appropriate collection centers in compliance
with current legislation. Regarding the metal parts it is sufficient to divide the parts
separately into groups of steel and other metals or alloys, to then be sent to recycling
centers.
