24 Troubleshooting
The app reports a general connection error (Error 1003).
• Data transmission from the Internet is not yet complete. Wait 30 minutes and start the app again.
• If the error message "Error 1003" persists, check the Wi-Fi connection. (see next point)
The app reports an error while establishing the Wi-Fi connection (failed to connect).
