All-in-one Breakfast ~ Serves 2
Ingredients
Low calorie Cooking spray
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 low fat sausages
2 tsp. Low fat butter substitute
2 stripes bacon
2 eggs
5 oz. Mushrooms
2 tomatoes halved
7 oz. Bakes beans
Instructions:
1)
Preheat grill at heat setting 4. Lightly mist the grill with cooking spray. Place
sausages onto the grill to cook for 15 minutes, turning regularly.

Add the bacon and mushrooms to 2 separate sections and cook for 3-4 minutes,
turning the bacon once until crispy. Stir the mushrooms to avoid sticking.
3)
Pour the beans into another section of the grill and heat thoroughly.
4)
Toast the bread slices on top with Low fat butter substitute.
5)
Crack the eggs onto the grill and cook for 2-4 minutes on heat setting 3. Add the
tomatoes for the remaining 2 minutes.
6)
Divide the food between 2 plates and season to taste.
