Your cart is an important investment. Spend a little time to protect it from destructive rust and
corrosion, You will be repaid in longer service life and better performance.
Do the following before placing the cart in storage:
1. Remove dirt and trash which could cause rusting.
2. Repaint any chipped or scraped areas.
3. Lubricate points as shown on previous page.
4. Inspect for damage or worn parts, replace before next season.
5. Store cart inside, away from livestock.
6. Replace all worn, torn or faded decals and refl ectors.
7. Fully open fl ow door and auger cleanout door to remove any
remaining grain and to allow moisture to drain.

Gearbox Lubrication
Gear box check/fi ll plug is located on the right
hand front side of the housing. To check oil
fl uid level, place cart on a level surface with
the tongue elevated to hitch height and remove
the plug. Oil level should be at the bottom
thread or approximately 5/8” below the outside
gearbox surface.
For Maximum gear box life:
Check oil level every 2 weeks.
Replace oil every season with 32 fl . oz. of
80W90 EP gear lubricant.
