 - «MAX» — heating of the upper frying plate up to 

the maximum temperature 230 °C.

•  Turn the lower frying plate temperature control knob 

(11) and set the necessary operating mode, the 

indicator (10) «DOWN» will light up; the indicator (10) 

«DOWN» will go out when the temperature of the 

upper frying plate reaches the preset value:

 -

«OFF» — grill is off

 - «LOW» — low heating temperature of the upper 

frying plate

 - «MED» — medium heating temperature of the 

upper frying plate 

 - «MAX» — heating of the upper frying plate up to 

the maximum temperature 230 °C.

Note:

 when you use the unit as a griddle plate, after 3-5 

cycles of heating/cooling the temperature of the frying 

plates stabilizes and is maintained at the level from 220 

°C to 230 °C.
•  Wait until the frying plates (7) heat up, the indicator 

(9, 10) will go out.

•  Take the handle (3) and open the grill. 

•  Carefully put the products on the lower frying plate, 

avoid burns by possible splashes of juice or fat 

dripping from the products.

•  Take the handle (3) and lower the upper frying plate 

on the products.

• 

Note:

 — depending on the thickness of the cooked 

products you can adjust the clearance between the 

frying plates (7). To do this, move the lock (5) handle 

to the required position «Low–High».

• 

After you finish cooking, take the handle (3) and lift 

the upper frying plate.

•  Put the prepared products into an appropriate dish; 

use wooden or heat-resistant plastic kitchen tools to 

remove the products.

• 

To switch the grill off turn the operation move switch 

(11, 12) and set it to the position «OFF», the light 

indicators (9, 10) will go out. Then unplug the unit.

Using the grill as a cooking unit (pic. 1)

• 

You can use the grill as a flat frying surface. 

•  Before connecting the power plug to the mains 

socket open the grill. To do this, take the handle (3) 

and lift the upper part of the grill.

•  Press the button (4) «180°» and open the grill 

completely. 

•  Insert the power cord plug into the mains socket, the 

indicator (8) «POWER» will light up.

•  You can set the necessary heating temperature of 

the frying plates (7) by turning the knobs (11, 12), the 

indicators (9) «UP» and (10) «DOWN» will light up.

•  Wait until the frying plates (7) heat up, the indicator 

(9, 10) will go out.

•  Carefully put the products on the frying plates, avoid 

burns by possible splashes of juice or fat dripping 

from the products.
