Floor Level and Inner Roll Stop Adjustments

5. Rotate the cam so the cam follower

bearing engages the cam notch
(saddle). See Photos E and F.

6. Reinstall the cam securement bolt

in one of the three lifting arm holes
that aligns best with one of the nine
cam holes. See Photos E and F.
Reposition the cam bolt

7. Use the control pendant to lower

lift platform to stow level and then
raise platform fully to

(stops). Measure angle of inner roll
stop and verify the slope is a maxi-
mum of 7° (relative to platform).

Note: Achieving proper

positioning of the platform and in-
ner roll stop requires a combination
of Floor Level switch adjustment
and inner roll stop cam adjustment.
Adjust as needed to meet Floor
Level Requirements.
