All COM ports present will be listed under the entry "Ports (COM & LPT)."
The above screenshots indicates that COM2 - 4 and COM9 and above are not
installed, and therefore may be used.
The
Maximum Baud Rate Setting
for all ports on the card may also be set
from this window. This settting will make the maximum baud rates of all the
ports on this card equal to whatever is set. Individual ports may have their
settings changed as shown in Port Settings

My Computer
icon on your
desktop.
Click on Properties.
