7.6  Moving distance conveyor belt, adjustment

The distance the conveyor belt will move between each volume is adjustable. The adjustment is done 

inside the little box at the end of the conveyor belt. 

The mechanism works like this: The movement on the belt is coming from a press air cylinder. The 

stroke length on the cylinder is determined by the position of the sensor. So by moving this sensor back 

and forth you can set the stroke length on the cylinder, and hereby the movement on the belt.

There is also a possibility to adjust the speed on the movement with the speed controller.
