If you have difficulty using this product, please verify the following:

Problem

Solution

LED blinks Red 
every two seconds

•

Replace the batteries. 

The batteries will last between 30 to 50 nights (8-hour recordings) 
depending on the batteries used (i.e., Alkaline vs. Lithium).

LED does not blink

•

Switch off the unit. Wait 10 seconds, and then switch on the unit 
again.

•

Replace the batteries.

•

Spikes in the signal 
every 10 seconds

Replace the batteries.

Poor signals

•

Verify that the Ultima Dual Airflow Pressure Sensor™ is properly 
attached to both the patient and the headbox.

•

Verify that all amplifier recorder connections are functional.

•

Verify that the gain and filter settings are correct.
