the following:

Byte 2,3:

0x0078 means there are 0x78 or 120 labels remaining.

Byte 6:

0x1B has bit 0 equal to ‘1’, therefore this is notched material

Byte 7,8:

0x0000 means there is no X offset

Byte 9,10:

0x0000 means there is no Y offset

Byte 11,12: 0x012B means this label is 0x12B or 299 pixels wide

Byte 13,14: 0x012B means this label is 0x12B or 299 pixels long
