Groups
The
“Groups”
menu allows you to do the following:
- set the call code that activates the call to the internal extension corresponding to the "Group"; it can be at most 8
numerical characters long.
- set the name associated with the group, which will be the name used for the display during group/user search; it
can be at most 12 alphanumeric characters long.
- enable or disable the display of this group during the group/user search. This function is useful in order to prevent
unused groups from being displayed during the search.
If an incorrect value is entered, the respective error window will appear which you can exit
by pressing the
“ESC”
key or waiting for the time-out (10 seconds).

The

menu allows you to create,
change and delete users.
Initially you must select the group to which
the user belongs.
