5.4. Leakage Test

• Located just below the Emergency Shutdown Button is a small

 

red button which is designed to perform a Leakage Test to

 

ensure that there are no faults within the EV Charger.

•

When pressing this button, the MCU will control the circuit to

 

send out a small 10mA analog DC leakage to the Type 

A

 RCD to

 

ensure it is functioning properly.

• This action should be carried out each time you are about to

 

start a charging session.
