10. Using a 5mm hex wrench, remove the screws (indicated by ovals)
from the Static Handlebar Assembly.
11. Carefully lift the Console and Static Handlebar Assembly and expose
the Cable Connections.
Note:
Do not crimp any of the Cables. This step may require two people.
12. Carefully disconnect the Cables while not allowing them to fall into the
Frame Assembly.
Note:
Do not crimp any of the Cables.
13. Carefully place the Console and Static Handlebar Assembly out of the
work area without crimping any of the Cables.
14. Gently pull the old I/O Cable out of the frame, routing the new I/O
Cable into place.
15. Remove the piece of wire or string, and discard the old I/O Cable.
16. Secure the lower Cables with a replacement Upper Zip-Tie.
17. Re-assemble the machine in the reverse order of when the parts were removed.
Note:
When attaching the Console and Static Handlebar Assembly, do not fully tighten the hard-
ware until all hardware has been hand tightened. Do not crimp any of the Cables.
18. Final Inspection
Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components are properly assembled.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and inspected for correct performance in accordance with the Owner’s
Manual.
