to conserve the battery during long Periods of inactivity, you can enter
Power saving Mode by holding the “Mode” and “reset” buttons for 5 seconds.
note: entering Power saving Mode will only turn off the screen and will
not reset the watch or any of its data. the watch will continue to function
regularly while in Power saving Mode..
