and clean it. Wipe the housing and the plates
with a damp cloth. Do not use any sharp
metal objects or aggressive cleaning products
on the non-stick coating. After grilling, you
can clean the bottom plate with a paper
towel while it is still a bit warm. The top (i.e.
floating) plate is easier to clean once the grill
has cooled down. Remove and clean this plate
only once it has cooled down. In addition,
any excess fat and oil must be removed from
the collection tray after every use, which you
should then thoroughly clean in soapy water.

WASTE DISPOSAL
