the height of the duct tube and extend approximately 6 inches longer than required, connect the lower
end of the duct tube to the range hood and the upper end to the vent system (or air diverter). Make sure the
main electrical supply remains disconnected then connect power plug to the electrical cord or wall plug.
Have one person carefully position both upper and lower chimneys on the range hood, let the second person

slide the sides of the chimneys into the 1/16” gap. Fasten both chimneys with four Type “C” screws.
Install grease cup and aluminum filters then check the operation of the range hood.
