ALIGNMENT & ADJUSTMENT
Step 1 - 90

Alignment:
Place 90
°
builders square (not supplied) on to
base(A) and align to 90
°
(image 3.1). Secure in position by tightening guide
knob(D).
Adjust the bolt on the guide so it sits firmly against base (image 3.2). Once
secured tighten locking nut using a 10mm spanner (not supplied) (image3.3).
Tighten screw (image 3.4) to the point where there is no movement of the
cutting wheel (do not over tighten), then loosen the screw just enough for the
cutting wheel to begin to move freely. The cutting wheel should have no loose
movement.

Step 2 – Rail Adjustment:
Rail has height adjustment for different tile
thickness. Ensure both ends are the same height and tighten knob(C) at both
ends with the rail at the chosen height. To adjust to correct height place tile on
base(A) and ensure handle is at 45
°
to rail (image 4.2).
