Warranty certificate
2 years
This certificate guarantees the water heaters against the production’s fault or material’s defects.
It’s valid for 2 years from the purchase date and the validity is for 2 years since the fabrication’s date adding 3 month (the date of
production is inferable form the serial number in the technical data label on the water heaters).
The warranty is valid only for the first
buyer and it is not combinable, and so in the cases of repairing or substitution of the water heater the duration of the warranty will be not
extended respect the original one’s.
The producer guarantees for 12 month the following parts:
ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS: Safety valve, electric resistance, thermostat, thermometer.
GAS WATER HEATERS: Safety valve, thermometer, gas valve, burner.
WOOD WATER HEATERS: Safety valve, thermometer.
WOOD ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS: Safety valve, electric resistance, thermostat, thermometer.
The light bulbs, the plastic components and the defective parts not attributable to the producer’s fault are not included on
the warranty.
The producer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages to person, animals or anything else, caused by the using of the water heaters
or caused by the forced unsing of the water heater.
This is the only one valid certificate of warranty and nobody is authorized to change the terms or provide other certificate.
The validity of the warranty by this certificate goes on only if:
1) The certificate has to be validated by the stamp of the retailer and duly compiled by the user. 2) the water heater is not manipulated in any
part and the label is not get away from the water heater. 3) the problem is not due by exercise pression, higher than the max pression written on
the technical label. 4) any parts has been replaced. 5) the problem is not due by a wrong installation or by a wrong use of the water heater or by
a wrong connection, or by an inobservance of the installation normative or by any other causes that are not dependent by the water heater. 6)
the water has not to be corrosive. 7) the water has to be not lower than 22° FR or higher than 28° FR.
IMPORTANT: the using manual and/o the instructions’ sc
heme are integral parts of the warranty certificate.
During the warranty period the producer guarantees or repairs the defectives products; the other expenses as the transport for the products, the
salary of technicians and so on… are on the charge of the
applicant
. In the case of changing of the product, the end user has to return the
failed products to the authorized retailer where the water heater has been purchased, with documentation that proves the purchase of
the water heater and this certificate of warranty. The retailer has to verify the water heater and make the possible and necessary
substitutions
.
