Burner’s injector
Burners injectors replacement
This operation must be carried out only by a qualified staff. You have to follows these directions:
- remove the cover for gas valve and unscrew the related fixing screws;
- dismount the burners protection mask;
- loosen in sequence: the thermocouple, the valve-pilot's gas tube and the valve-burner's gas tube;
- Unscrew the fixing screws and remove the support box with burners and pilot;
- remove the locknuts;
- dissamble with a suitable key the injectors of the burners and replace them with the right ones fixing the connections;
- set all the parts by following the opposite procedure.
- set the pressure to the injectors according to technical data scheme at page 4. (see paragraph at pag. 10 “Control
pressure outlet gas (Injectors pressure)”).
