Washing water is not
pumped out.
Detergent dosage is too high.

Immediate measure: mix a tablespoon of fabric softener
with 0.5 l of water and pour this mixture into the left
compartment (not for outdoor, sportswear and down
textiles).

Reduce the amount of detergent for the next wash
with an equal load.
Unauthorized extension mounted on the water drain
hose.

Remove unauthorized extensions from the water
drain hose.

Pump cover is not fully screwed in.
▶
Make sure that the pump cover is screwed into the
device as far as it will go. The pump cover handle
must be vertical.

The strainers in the water supply are clogged.

Clean the strainers in the water supply.
Water tap is closed.

Open the water tap.
Water supply hose is kinked or pinched.

with centrifugation.
The imbalance control system eliminates the
imbalance by distributing the laundry several times.

Remark:When loading, place large and small items of
laundry together in the drum. Different sized laundry
is more evenly distributed during the spin cycle.
