Faults and what to do about them

Mains voltage is too low. The program will continue after the voltage supply is recov-
ered.

Undervoltage in the wash programme. The programme is extended.
Other displays
Switch off the appliance, wait for five seconds and then switch it on again. If the dis-
play appears again, call customer services.
Faults
Cause/Remedy
Water is leaking from the
machine.

Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.

Tighten the screw connection of the drain hose.
The machine is not filling
with water.
Detergent is not being dis-
pensed.
