Note 1:  When choosing an EOL resistor value other than the default 3K3 for a non-partitioned system, the 

keyswitch zone must still use a 3K3 EOL resistor as shown in “Figure 1”.  The keyswitch zone will not 
operate with any other resistor value. 

 

Note 2: 

When using a keyswitch zone in partitioning, to enable arming/disarming of Area 2, there is no need to 
enable split EOL resistors when not using tamper zones. Simply wire the zone as shown in “Figure 2”.
