Fault Cause and troubleshooting
Appliance door does
not open. Automatic door opening is not in home position.

Wait one second after closing the appliance door.
Appliance door opens
too wide when activ-
ated. Door is not correctly adjusted.
▶
Adjust the appliance door as described in the in-
stallation instructions.

E:2060 lights up. Appliance has detected calcified heating element.

Descale the appliance.
2.
Operate the appliance with the water softening
system.

E:2130 lights up. Intake opening of Zeolith container is covered by
items of tableware.

Re-arrange the tableware in the appliance so the In-
take opening of the Zeolith container →

no longer obstructed.
E:3000 lights up. Water protection system is activated.

Turn off the water tap.
2.
Call Customer Service → Page 61 .
E:3100 lights up. Water protection system is activated.

Turn off the water tap.
2.
Call Customer Service → Page 61 .
E:3200 or indicator
for water supply lights
up. Supply hose is kinked.

Install the supply hose without kinks.
Water tap is turned off.
▶
Turn on the water tap.
Water tap is jammed or furred up.
▶
Turn on the water tap.
The flow rate must be at least 10 l/min when the
water supply is open.
The filters in the water connection of the supply or
AquaStop hose are blocked.

Switch off the appliance.
2.
Pull out the mains plug.
3.
Turn off the water tap.
4.
Unscrew the water connection.
