9 Operation
9.1 Switch-on of the work station in hydraulic form
Any safety equipment concerned (see chap. 2.9) must be functional and complete.

The actions in section 8.5 have been completed.

Prior to every switch-on, check the hydraulic fluid filling level in the tank.

Ensure after every set-up of the training set-ups that the components are safely
fastened at the grid.

Check each training set-up in terms of:
•
Functional safety,
•
Safety against injuries.

Connect the mains plug at the connection cable of the control box to the socket on the
customer side.

Press the green "ON" pushbutton at the control box.

Use the pressure relief valve at the P/T distributor to set the system pressure according
to the training set-up.
During operation, the pressure relief valve at the P/T distributor may only be set to a max.
value of 50 bar. For control purposes, always connect a pressure indicator (e.g. pressure
gauge) at the Minimess connection of the P/T distributor.
WARNING
Danger due to leaking high-pressure hydraulic fluid and parts flying around or falling down
due to incompletely or incorrectly set-up training installations!
Risk of minor or serious injury!

Avoid free, uncoupled hydraulic hose lines.

Make sure that the devices and device components are safely fastened at the grid.

Never work without safety goggles; there is the risk of eye injuries.

Wear protective gloves as contact with the hydraulic fluid may cause skin and
tissue damage.

If nevertheless hydraulic fluid comes into contact with the eyes or penetrates the skin,
please consult a doctor immediately.

Wash your hands after contact with hydraulic fluid.

Wear working safety shoes as protection against parts falling down.
