Removing the drive
WARNING

Before commencing any electrical installation work, switch off the power supply and secure it against
reactivation.
Risk of thrust rod crashing down in vertical or slanting installations as the unit is not selflocking!

If the product is installed vertically or on a slant, secure the thrust rod against dropping before loosening the
mounting screws.

Do not stand in line with the direction in which the thrust rod could fall.
11.2.1 Removing the Motor with Coupling
1.
Loosen the fastening screws (1) on the motor side of the coupling.
If necessary, release the motor brake and move the thrust rod (2) so that the drive journal turns.
2.
Unscrew and remove the motor from the motor mount (3).
