Why is the cooking zone
not heating up and why is
the heat setting flashing?

The cookware is on a different cooking zone to the one that has been switched
on.
Ensure that you have switched on the correct cooking zone for the cookware.

The cookware is too small for the cooking zone that is switched on or it is not
suitable for induction cooking. Ensure that the cookware is suitable for induction
cooking and that it is placed on the cooking zone which best corresponds to its
size.

Why is it taking so long for
the cookware to heat up or

You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshooting information before contacting after-
