Cleaning
Stirring whisks are not suitable for process-
ing heavy dough.
Kneading hooks for:
Stiff mixtures such as short pastry, yeast
dough and potato dough as well as for
mixing heavy mincemeat dough, pasta or
bread dough.
The maximum processing quantity is
500 g of flour and ingredients. Observe
maximum quantities in the recipes!

The apertures for inserting the tools are
open, the rear aperture is closed.
■ Insert the required tool pair into
the apertures and press on the tools
until they engage.
Note the shape of the plastic parts
on the tools to avoid mixing up
the tools (Fig.

–2)!
■ Plug into the mains.
■ Place the food in a suitable receptacle.
■ Insert tools into the receptacle and
switch on the appliance at the required
level.

Before changing the tools, pull out
the mains plug.
Note:
Always switch off the base unit before
taking it out of the blended food.
After using the appliance:
■ Move the switch to “

”.
■ Pull out the mains plug.
■ Release and remove the tools by press-
ing the ejector button.
Caution:
Do not press the ejector button until
the tools are at a standstill. The ejector
button cannot be actuated unless the switch
is in the “
f
” position.
Base unit with high-speed hand
blender
The appliance is suitable for blending may-
onnaise, sauces, mixed drinks, baby food,
cooked fruit and vegetables. For puréeing
soups.

■ Insert the high-speed hand blender and
lock into position.
■ Plug into the mains.
■ Put the food in the blender jug.
■ Move the switch to the left to instan-
taneous switching and hold in place.

Note:
To prevent the food from splashing,
first immerse the high-speed hand blender
into the food, then switch on the appliance.
Always switch off the base unit before
taking it out of the blended food.
After using the appliance:
■ Move the switch to “

”.
■ Pull out the mains plug.
■ Remove the high-speed hand blender
by simultaneously pressing both release
buttons.
Cleaning
Important note:
The appliance is main-
tenance-free. Thorough cleaning protects
the appliance from damage and keeps it
functional.

Risk of electric shock!
Never immerse the base unit in liquids and
do not clean in the dishwasher. Do not
steam-clean the appliance!
Caution!
Surfaces may be damaged. Do not use
abrasive cleaning agents.
■ Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth
and then wipe dry. Remove all adhesion
from the area of the slider!
■ Clean the tools in the dishwasher or with
a brush under running water.
