Replacing the camera – HTD 8xx

Open the light box. (See section „9.2 Opening the
light box“)

Disconnect the plug from the camera board.

Release the camera board (4 nuts), and remove the
camera board.

1 Spring (4 items)
2 Nut, self-locking (4 items)
3 Camera

board

Make sure the springs are correctly positioned when
installing the camera board.

Secure the camera board with the nuts and springs.

Connect the plug to the new camera board.

Calibrate the camera. (See section „4.3 Zero point
and laser visor – HTD 8xx“)

Close the cover of the light box.

Close the light box.

Replacing the lens

See section „9.2 Opening the light box“.

Remove the two screws from the cable holder.

Remove the cable from the display unit and lay
aside.
