Bosch Limited, warrants the purchaser of “BOSCH” Brand Solar Water Heating systems as per Details
mentioned below.
Warranty Terms for Solar Thermal Products
-
The product is warranted for a period of
12 months
from the date of invoice or from the date of
commissioning (whichever is earlier) against any manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects, if any
should be brought to the notice of the company within 7 days from the date of commissioning. BOSCH
reserves the right to repair the system free of charge or replace the system within the warranty period.

The product is also warranted for a satisfactory performance for a period of
5 years
from the date of invoice
/ date of commissioning under prescribed usage conditions. Customer is recommended to enter into AMC
with the company after one year from the date of invoice.

In the event of replacement / repair of parts, the warranty will thereafter continue for the reminder period of
original warranty.

All Products must be installed and used according to the installation manual and local legislations. An
incorrect installation from the consumer or an installation that does not fulfil the requirements of law will not
be considered for Warranty. In such cases, the installation must be get corrected by customer to avoid
further damages

The employees of company, authorized dealers or service contractors have no authority to change the
terms of this warranty

In case of repair or replacement of the system, the customer should bear the cost of transportation to the
nearest dealer / warehouse.

This warranty is applicable only to first retail buyer and systems installed at original site of installation.
However the warranty will be extended to new location if shifting is made under intimation / supervision of
Bosch authorized service personal.
