Exhaust Hood Application
Ducted application
■ The exhaust hood fan pulls the kitchen
smoke through the metallic grease traps and
removes it to the outside.
■ Metallic filters trap the kitchen smoke and
grease.
■ It removes grease and odours from the
kitchen completely.
Ductless application
■ Such type of exhaust hood requires installa-
tion of charcoal filter (see Filter and Mainte -
nance).
The charcoal filter can be purchased as a
special accessory in a SPECIALIZED SALON.
You can find the codes in the last page of this
Instruction.
■ Exhaust fan draws in kitchen smokes which
are purified with the metallic filter and the
charcoal filter and then released cleaned in
the room.
■ Metallic filter traps grease contained in the
kitchen smoke.
■ Charcoal filter absorbs kitchen smokes
It is impossible to remove kitchen smoke
odors if there is no charcoal filter.
