ADJUSTMENT / HEIGHT OF UPPER TABLE 

( Fig.VIII) (Fig.IX) - 

JUST FOR CIRCULAR BENCH SAW FUNCTION

When working on the upper table, it is absolutely necessary to install the lower safety guard supplied.

To install the

(No. 27), place it on the

28). Then lower the head 

and lock the body in this position by means of the stopper pin (No.

 

1). To adjust the height of the upper work surface to obtain desired cutting widths, follow 

the instructions below:

- loosen the two 

wing bolts

 (No. 2).

- move the upper fence(No. 29) toward the blade.

- lower or lift the work surface, simultaneously observing the desired cutting height on the upper guard(No.30). (Fig. IX)

- tighten the two 

wing bolts

 (No. 2) firmly.

ADJUSTMENT OF BEARING BRACKET

 (Fig. X) - 

JUST FOR CIRCULAR BENCH SAW FUNCTION

Loosen the wing bolt (No.31) and slide the upper fence (No.29), aligning the index (No.32) in the bearing with its corresponding position on the graduated scale 

on the work surface. This position corresponds to the actual distance of the bearing bracket rest form the centre line of the blade.

OPERATION

Always keep hands away from the cutting area.

AS CUTTING-OFF MACHINE FUNCTION

 (Fig. II) (Fig. XI)

Release the head, by unscrew the stopper pin(No.1). Raise the machine head as far as possible. Secure the work piece firmly against the fence(No.8) of the 

base by vice (No.34). This will prevent damage to the tool and work piece and also personal injury. Thus ensuring absolute immobility during cutting. Put your 

right hand on the handgrip(No.3) and press the button (No.9) in order to release the hand. Actuate the motor by pressing first the main switch release device 

(No.12) and then press the main switch start button (No.10) on the handgrip. Lower the head and gradually bring the blade to contact with the work piece. 

Complete cutting and raise the head to its original position. Turn off the motor by release the main switch button (No.10).

When working on the upper table

 (No.2) firmly. 

The machine is equipped with a push hand

 

(No.37), the dimensions and shape of which are in compliance with the Safety Standards (Fig. XII). When the 

machine is used as circular bench saw, 

i

t must absolutely be used

 according to these instructions

. Hold push

hand (No.37) from side A while side B, equipped 

with different steps to match different thickness sizes. 

It m

ust be put in contact with the piece to be cut as shown in the figure. The piece to be cut can be 

pushed by means of the push

-

hand which

 

simultaneously drives and rest in on square C thus enabling to keep hands away from the blade cutting area.  

When the motor is off, lower the machine head and lock it by means of the stopper pin

 

(No.1). Adjust the height of the upper work surface according to the 

cutting height desired and adjust the bearing bracket as described in the paragraph "ADJUSTMENTS".  Check that the removable upper guard is not faulty

,

 

after having lifted it slightly, it must return to its original position, covering the blade completely.

Start the motor as described 

previously, 

and lock the main switch in "ON" position by means of the locking device

 

(No.11) in the lower zone of the handgrip.

 

Place the workpiece to be cut on the work surface

 by

 

p

lacing it laterally against the bracket and then move the work piece slowly and gradually towards the 

blade.

 

The workpiece must always be held firmly. Paying attention not to hold it near the cutting area. To turn off the machine or in emergency situation, 

push the start button

 

(No.10) of the main switch, automatically release the locking device (No.11). Then the switch will be off.

CUTTING WITH LASER EQUIPMENT (OPTIONAL) 

(Fig. I)

For accurate cutting, press switch (No.39), Then the laser will indicate a red cutting line one the workpiece for accurate cutting. If laser line unclear, loose the 

screw in the laser equipment (No.38) for battery replacement.
