Assembly Instructions
A) The Main Frame
1. Connect the left frame with the right frame as shown, insert one bolt M8x45 from upside, then washers and nut to lock it.
Insert one bolt M8x70 from the side ,then washers and nut from the other side, lock the two bolt with a wrench.
B) The Stand
1. Slide the support leg into the left frame, Insert one bolt M8x70 from the front ,then washers and nut from the back side.
Insert one bolt M8x45 with washers from the side and then tighten them
2. Slide the axle bracket into the right frame, fixing the bolts with the same manner.
C) The Wheels
1. Slide the wheels over the stub axles. Secure it with a R pin.
2. Another wheel in the same manner.
D) The Foot Pedal
1. Insert a “R”pin into the plunger rod. Slide the plunger with the spring into the channel. Connect the wire-rope with the
plunger rod by one M6x20 bolt and a lock nut M6 with a washer if it is not already connected from the factory.
2. Attach the foot pedal to the support leg as shown, insert one bolt M8x70 from one side, then washer and nut from another
side.
3. Screw a nut M6 onto the wire-rope bolt, then slide the bolt of the wire-rope into the hole of the pedal. Then a lock nut M6
from below.
E) The Drum Arm
1. Position the drum arm onto the main frame.
2. Lock the drum arm with a U shape clip,Insert a bolt M8x70 from one side,then washer and nut from the other side.
3. Slide the plastic gear cover onto the drum arm as shown.
F) The Motor
1. Insert the motor shaft into the gear cover, Lock the motor assembly with C shape clip. And then put on the driven pinion,
tighten it with a flat washer and screw M5x16.
2. Lock the motor with another U shape clip, then a bolt M8x70 with washers and nut.
3. Slide the bolt M8x45 with washers from the side of the frame into the motor, and then tighten it.
G) Lower Drum
1. Fix the upper dust cover over the bearing, then slide the lower drum into the bearings of the support arm. Rotate the drum
to confirm the ring gear and the pinion mesh well. Do not adjust the washer. Lock the drum with the washer and bolt.
2. Fix the dust cover as shown.
H) The tipping Wheel
1. Fix the locking plate and the tipping wheel as shown. Insert two M8x25 bolts, then the washers and finally the nuts. Tight-
en thoroughly.
I) Upper Drum And Mixing Blades
Important: When connecting the two drums, you must align the connection symbols between them.
1. Mount the mixing blades inside the lower drum , Insert one cross headed screw from the outside. A leather washer should
be positioned inside between the drum and blade,then flat washer, lock washer and a nut should be threaded on loosely on
the inside. Then another blade in the same manner (The rubber washer should be placed under the blade down against the
drum).
2. Position a rubber gasket and the upper drum on bottom drum over the rim, making sure the mounting holes align in both
as well as the mixing blade holes line with up the holes on the drum.
3. Screw M8X16 hex bolt into each threaded hole in the rim/ring gear. Tighten it.
4. Secure the mixing blades to the upper drum by insert two cross headed screws from the outside through the holes in the
drum. Then a rubber washer should be positioned inside between the drum and blade. Secure the mixing blade on the inside
with flat washer, spring washer and nut.
The drum is locked in position by a self-locating plunger which engages into the tipping wheel. To tilt the drum, The locking
plunger must be dis-engaged by pressing down the foot pedal. This then allows the tipping wheel and drum to be turned
freely. Then you can choose the right direction to do good job.
