What do I do when I face troubles connecting the 
device?

1.  Check if mobile device is connected to thermometer.
2.  Check if bluetooth on mobile device is switched on.
3.  Check if mobile device meets minimum requirements
4.  Retry to connect following directions in this manual.
5.  If you are still unable to connect the thermometer to the
