LEARNING LEVELS
This piano has also been designed for music novices
who wish to learn to play with no effort, quickly and
above all, having fun.
There are 3 learning levels: GUIDE1, GUIDE2 and
GUIDE3

GUIDE1 (1st level)
When you press the
GUIDE1
button, a song will start
playing. Try to play the melody of the song by ran-
domly and repeatedly pressing one or more keys on
the keyboard, trying to keep tempo with the orchestra.
The red lights that switch on under the keys corre-
spond to the notes of the melody. Press the GUIDE1
button again to switch to the next song. Press
STOP
to
exit the mode.
GUIDE2 (2nd level)
Press the
GUIDE2
button, the accompaniment of the
song will start and a red light will switch on at the first
note to be played. Try following the lights keeping the
tempo with the accompaniment, you can adjust the
rhythm with the buttons
TEMPO +
or
TEMPO –
. In
this level, if you don't press the light button the melo-
dy will NOT play. Press
STOP
to exit the mode.
GUIDE3 (3rd level)
When you press the
GUIDE3
button, a song will start
playing. Memorise these first notes and try playing
them in sequence. If you get it wrong all keys will light
up and you will have to start over again. If you conclu-
de the sequence of notes correctly, the song will conti-
nue to the next step.
HOW TO PLAY THE MUSIC ON A SMARTPHONE
OR OTHER MP3 PLAYER
With the 3.2 mm jack cable (supplied) you can connect
an external audio source (MP3 player, tablet, smartpho-
ne, etc., not supplied) to the grand piano.
1. Insert the cable into the
MP3

socket.
2. Insert the other end of
the cable into the
"HEADPHONE" socket of
your music player or
other audio source.
3. Turn on the player, or
other music sources and adjust the volume to balance
the voice with the music; the reproduction will be
monophonic because of the instrument.

MUSICAL NOTES INDICATORS
Above the keys on the front of the instrument, there is a
coloured label
with indication of numbers next to
each button in order to facilitate the recognition of
musical notes according to the BONTEMPI method.
There are some songs written with the Bontempi
method on the back of the box, while others can be
downloaded from the website www.bontempi.com

The instrument doesn’t work or distorted sound
If there is an irritating whistling sound
No sound can be heard from the external music source
Batteries low – fit new batteries. Batteries incorrectly fitted – check.
Move the microphone away from the loudspeaker.
Check that the volume of the external musical.
ATTENTION: in the case of malfunctioning remove and re-insert the batteries
