
METRONOME
The metronome helps you when you are starting to learn music by beating the time during
the
execution of a song.
They are started up and stopped by pressing the METRONOME
or START/STOP
button.
To ad just the speed. use the TEMPO +1—
button.
To adjust the volume. press the SONG/STYLE
button and use the VOLUME SECTION
+1—
buttons.

MELODY GUIDE ON 1 OFF
Decreases the volume of the melody of the selected song. It allows to play the keyboard with
a musical guide in the background. It is activated by 89 MELODY GUIDE ON. To restore
normal volume of the
melody. digit 90 MELODY GUIDE OFF
SPLIT 19 KEYS
When the keyboard is divided by levels 2, 3 or 4 of System S Plus. it normally has 37 keys
on the right to play a melody
and 24 on the left for the chords.
With function 91 SPLIT 19 KEYS it's possible to increase the sections of the keys for the
melody to 42 and 1 9 remain for the chords.
To restore the standard division of the keyboard digit 92 SPLIT 24 KEYS

SYSTEM 5 PLUS
using the functions from 71 to 75 it is possible to select the five
SYSTEM S plus easy learning levels described in the Musik
Methode book.

With the 76 PIANO BAR button, recognition of the chords on
the entire keyboard is activated.To deactivate it. select one of the
five levels of the System 5 Plus i.e. 71.72.73, 74 or 75.
ARRANGER ON 1 OFF
When a rhythm is functioning it starts or stops thc arrangement of the rhythm.
To start press number 77 ARRANGER
ON (usually on) and to stop press number 78 ARRANGER
OFF.
MANUAL DRUM allows you to play manual rhythm sequences using the buttons that have the drum rhythm component
with 93 MANUAL DRUM ON and deactivated
with 94 MANUAL DRUM OFF
The rhythmic components are diffused by the left or right loudspeaker and are mixed becoming stereophonic
CHORD CODE
The instrument has 140 pre-recorded chord groups to play a great number of songs.
To select a CHORD
CODE. digit a numeral figure of 3 digits on SELECT : the keyboard goes automatically to level I of
System 5 Plus with the 71 EASY CHORD PROG
The blocking of the memorised codes is written on page 62.
At the side of every code for example. the title of one of the many musical piece that can be performed With that group of
chords. including the 50 songs, are noted.
CHORD PROGRAM
The chords for accompaniment can be played in an easier way using 6 keys from
CHORD PROGRAM when at level I System S Plus that means 71 EASY
CHORD PROG. is activated.
When you turn on these chords are memorised:
GROUND ON / OFF
When a rhythm is functioning
on level 4 of System 5 Plus, 74 FREE CHORD Il,
the
GROUND
becomes background.
To start press number 79 GROUND ON (usually on) and to stop press number 80
GROUND OFF.
To adjust the volume of the GROUND. press the LOWER/GROUND
button and use the
VOLUME SECTION +1- buttonsãhe display will show VOL GND
with the value of the
volume.
Chord REC. ON 1 OFF
This allows you to record on the left side of the CHORD PROGRAM
keyboard. six chords
on relative keys. By digiting 87 CHORD REC ON, "Chord Record" will flash on the dis-
play. the keyboard is prepared according to level I of the System S Plus. 71 EASY CHORD
PROGR.To memorise the chords in the CHORD PROGRAM, see the MEMORISATION
