6 Connect the disconnected wiring.
(b) If the conditions are correct, continue with this procedure.
(5) Set the SEAT BLTS ON OFF AUTO toggle switch S130 to AUTO.
(6) Do a continuity check between the PL14J1 contacts that follow:
PL14J1, TEST POINT A PL14J1, TEST POINT B CONDITION
R S Open circuit
R M Continuity
b c Continuity
(a) If one of the conditions is incorrect, do the steps that follow:
1 Disconnect the wires from the toggle switch S130.
2 Do a continuity check between the S130 contacts that follow:
S130, TEST POINT A S130, TEST POINT B CONDITION
2 1 Open Circuit
2 3 Continuity
5 4 Open Circuit
5 6 Continuity
3 If one of the conditions is incorrect, replace the toggle switch S130. If the conditions are
correct, continue with this procedure.
4 Do a continuity check of the wiring that connects to the toggle switch S130 as follows:
PL14J1, TEST POINT A S130, TEST POINT B CONDITION
S 1 Continuity
R 2 Continuity
M 3 Continuity
b 5 Continuity
c 6 Continuity
5 If there is an open circuit, repair/replace the defective wiring. If there is continuity,
continue with this procedure.
