• Adjust the timer control Knob to the “stay on” position.
• When the oil reaches the require temperature About 22 minutes late.
• Shake off any ice crystals from the food and place the food into the basket.

• Press the lid release button and remove the basket.
Please note:
• When food is placed in the deep fryer, it will naturally cool the oil thereby making the indicator

the basket in the drain position, allow the oil to drain from the food.
