CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. At the end of your cooking and / or mixing preparations, check you have turn off all the
buttons.
2. Switch off the appliance by pressing the button o (off) located at the back of your appliance.
3. Unplug the appliance from the main supply socket.
4. Always let the appliance to cool down for at least one hour before starting any cleaning
operation. Do not immerse the main body and the bowl under water or place in a dishwasher.
HOW TO CLEAN THE MAIN BODY:
• Use a non-abrasive damp cloth with a gentle cleaning product then dry the appliance with a
clean cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. They could scratch the surface and
damage the appliance.
HOW TO CLEAN THE BOWL:
• Do not immerse the bowl under water or place in a dishwasher.
• To clean the inside of the bowl: rinse it with hot water, pour out the dirty water, wipe the inside
with a sponge damped with neutral dishwashing liquid then rinse thoroughly the inside with
hot water. Wipe out with a clean damp cloth before placing it on a clean surface to dry. To
remove tough cooked-on food, fill the bowl with hot soapy water, let it soaked for 30 minutes
before starting the cleaning operation with a plastic brush.
• To clean the outside of the bowl: ensure to never immerse or wet the contact pins at the
bottom of the bowl; wipe the outside with a sponge damped with neutral dishwashing liquid
then rinse carefully the outside with warm water. Wipe out with a clean damp cloth before
placing it on a clean surface to dry.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. They could scratch the surface and
damage the appliance.
HOW TO CLEAN THE ACCESSORIES:
• The accessories can be washed in a dishwasher with temperature setting less than 90°C or
you can wash them manually by soaking them into hot water and wash them with a sponge
damped with neutral dishwashing liquid. after rinsing the accessories with warm water, wipe
them out with a clean damp cloth before placing it on a clean surface to dry.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. they could scratch the surface and
damage the accessories.
WARNING: Do not touch the blades during operation! Extra care shall be taken when handling the
sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during the cleaning process! Always let your appliance
unplugged and cool down for at least one hour before any cleaning operation! Do not use any toxic,
solvent, industrial, harsh cleaning products, pointed and sharped objects for cleaning as it may damage
functional parts or affect the safety of the appliance.
